It isn’t often that a business owner looks around and says “Hey, I really think we need to invest some time into creating and better managing our systems.” In fact, the majority of the time they attempt to treat the symptoms instead of the problem itself.

In some cases the “processes” of a business were actually a complex list of tasks built around an individual; usually an individual that also has responsibilities in several other areas. When that individual leaves, or when the company grows and starts adding on team numbers, no one knows the way things are done and therefore can’t improve them.

We work with business owners to prioritize the systems needed for better managing, from properly tracking prospects, to consistently delivering their product or service, and ultimately conducting timely and efficient invoicing and collections.

What systems? -- Every now and then we get lucky, but for the most part, we rely on healthy margins to keep our eye off the fact that we cannot replicate what we do consistently.
Person-centric -- We have a rock-star person that has always done things well and consistently, and as long as they never leave the company and are willing to take on more work, we’ll be fine.
Untouched -- Somewhere, we have a list of systems and processes. Most of our older employees follow them by memory, but we haven’t seen or updated them in quite some time, though we know the business has changed significantly.
Good but not Great -- We have systems and processes that our team members are trained on regularly, but I know our business is growing and shifting and would like to improve efficiency and productivity in my business.
