We work with a lot of busy business owners and executives like yourself, so our process will make efficient use of your time
You’re likely dealing with some or all of the following problems:
- Wondering how to better prioritize or manage your own time along with your teams
- Spending too much time working in the business and not on it
- Weak or non-existent profit margins
- Personnel problems with recruiting or retention
- Building a culture based on your mission, vision and core values
Basically, you may have a business that’s running you instead of a business you’re running. That’s where the team and coaches at ActionCOACH Louisville come in. We have several different assessments, coaching programs, and events that all align toward moving you to that better place, where you run your business sustainably and profitably.
The ActionCOACH Discovery and Onboarding Process
Step 1 Initial Open:
You’ll meet one to one with Tim Jones, one of our award-winning coaches and active CEO. This first meeting is generally a meet and greet to assess whether your situation is a good fit for ActionCOACH Louisville business coaching or executive coaching.
Step 2 Discovery:
You’ll take home a business assessment questionnaire as part of your homework. Once you complete the questionnaire you’ll return it to ActionCOACH Louisville. Tim will review the answers in preparation for your second meeting.
Step 3: Assessment:
Tim will walk you through the answers you prepared and also ask additional discovery questions with the ultimate goal of a coaching recommendation. Tim will present a baseline assessment of where things are going well and where they are falling short.
Step 4: Decision and Agreement:
Tim will make an informed coaching recommendation based on your unique situation. Once both parties are ready to move forward, an agreement is executed and onboarding begins.
