Raised in a family business in Beaver Falls, PA, Foster McCarl learned at an early age what it means to both own a business and have a business own you. From his father and grandfather, Foster learned that organization, structure, Family governance, and system implementation are the factors that make or break a business.
Foster continued his business endeavors by attending and graduating from the University of Pittsburgh with honors. After graduation, he had the privilege of working in a variety of different industries in Los Angeles. As a dedicated strategic planning, business development, marketing and communications executive, his work experience and education have helped him develop a strong proficiency in those areas, as well as branding, risk management, fundraising, client relationship management, and both in and outside sales. In addition to his professional endeavors, Foster has also served as a board member for multiple non-profit organizations, and is currently on the Board of Advisors for the Bluegrass Center for Autism.
As a results-focused, effectual leader, Foster McCarl has proven ability for both resolving problems and implementing measures to mitigate the troubling situations often arising when dealing with internal and external business communications. He has worked as an employee, manager, and business owner in a variety of markets, providing a well-rounded ideology and an innovative approach to business planning and operations. He also has a talent for proactively identifying problems, reversing negative trends, and creating inventive and effective solutions to maximize team productivity.
