Which describes your current relationship with strategic planning?

I’ve dipped my foot into the pool of planning for any years, but have yet to sit down and create what I hear others characterize as a real plan.
Over the years, I have created goals for my business, but other than checking them at the and of year, if I can even find them, I wouldn’t explain my planning as focused.
I am a good goal setter for myself, but when it comes to my business and my team, I have difficulty both teaching about goals and working with my team to implement them over a period of time.
I love strategic planning and have experienced the benefits of accomplishing goals for both myself and my business. My focus now, is growing my vision and creating true “reach” goals for myself, my business and my team.
